Dedicated to becoming one of the Peninsula’s Premier Baseball & Softball Organizations.
The Kitsap Ospreys are a fully insured Washington non-profit 501(c)(3) organization formed to provide Kitsap area boys and girls an opportunity to play baseball and softball at an advanced level. The Kitsap Ospreys strive to develop young athletes by building a passion for the game, teamwork, sportsmanship and character. The program emphasis is on player development, baseball/softball fundamentals and developing the skills to help players become competitive throughout their Little League and high school years.

We are proud to be partnering with All The Bases Youth Sports to provide year-round access to a state-of-the-art training facility located just north of Poulsbo.
The facility includes:
- Dedicated pitching areas
- Pitching machine / live batting tunnels
- Front toss / tee / flex training area
- Bands/plyos/weight training area
- 50’ x 75’ fielding area
- Radar and other technology tools
- Film area, team meeting space, viewing mezzanine
This amazing facility provides a low cost local option for families, and will help Kitsap Ospreys foster a culture of competitiveness and player growth. Teams will have multiple practices allocated every week, all year long. Two-to-three teams can practice together, benefitting from position-specific group training by coaches with specialties in those areas. www.allthebases.org
